Terrazzo Rug 160X240 Cm Calligaris

Lastry floor is derived from ancient Greece and Rome, but it owes its fame to 15th-century Venice, where this characteristic version of the mosaic floor has become very popular. Studio Calligaris drew inspiration from the original floor, reproducing the texture of its carpet, in which the warm beige base was enriched with a variety of assortment of "tiles" of different sizes and colors. The surprising effect of chromatic disorder turns the rug into a characteristic element of the house.

The Terrazzo carpet is produced by machine. Both fleece and construction are made of synthetic fibers (polyester and polypropylene), but with a special ultra -resistant treatment that gives the effect of "handicrafts".
