Prospero Rasulo

Prospero Rasulo is an Italian designer, artist and sculptor born in 1953, known from multidisciplinary Pode ście to form and space. He began his career as a stage designer and a painter, which influenced his unique, almost sculptural Pode to design. He collaborated with such brands as Zanotta, fiam, an Ton ore lupi, Gessi or Bos creating furniture, lighting and everyday objects with a strong artistic expression. In 1994, he founded his own studio Oxido studio focusing on the design of utility subjects on the border of art and design. Rasulo explores organic and symbolic forms often introducing an element of surprise and poetry. His works are characterized by a sensual line, emotionality and formal courage, which makes him one of the more unique creators of modern Italian design.
