The Spiral collection is not only a perfect example of the designer's experimental Pode approach to colors and shapes, but also the observation of how an object can interact with its surroundings through reflection, sound and movement. Verner PanTon was one of the greatest Danish designers of the 20th century, who revolutionized the world of design. Known for his futuristic Pode approach, he created furniture, lighting and accessories that broke traditional forms and introduced bold colors and modern materials. His most famous work is the PanTon chair - the first ever fully one-piece seat made of plastic, which combines sculptural form with functionality. He collaborated with brands such as Vitra and &Tradition. His designs combined functionality with experimentation with form, which made him a design icon of the 1960s and 1970s.
