Peter J. Lassen is a Danish designer and founder of the iconic brand Montana Furniture. For many years he cooperated with modernism icons, such as Arne Jacobsen or Verner Pan Ton, which shaped his Pode Jest for design - functional, modular and imprisoned in a strong aesthetic message. In 1982 he created Montana - a furniture system based on the principles of flexibility, freedom of choice and personal expression. His designs are characterized by the simplicity of form, perfection of performance and vibrant colors. Lassen believed that good design should serve the user throughout his life. His design philosophy; Durability, functionality and individuality made him one of the most influential creators of the Scandinavian design of the 20th century.
