Tom Kelley is an American designer and innovation strategist, known for his many years of cooperation with Ideo, where he was a partner and general director. Together with his brother, David Kelley, the founder of Ideo, he played a key role in transforming the company into a global leader in the field of user -oriented design and design thinking methodology.
