Delivery and orders

1. What are the available delivery methods and their costs?
We offer delivery by courier, company transport or personal collection. Free delivery applies to orders over PLN 300.

2. How do I check the status of my order and track my shipment?
You can check the status by logging in to your account or entering your order number and email address.

3. Why hasn't my order arrived yet (no confirmation email)?
Check your Spam folder. If the message is not there, please contact our service department.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

Returns and complaints

1. How can I return a product?
You have 30 days to return purchased products. Details can be found in our regulations.

2. Are returns free of charge?
Yes - if returned on time and in intact condition.

3. How to file a complaint for a damaged product?
Send a description of the problemEmu and photos to our e-mail address. Thanks to tEmu the process will be faster.

Products

1. Are the products available immediately or made to order?
Some products are available immediately, and some - e.g. modular sofas - are manufactured to individual order.

2. Can I check if the product will fit in my home?
Yes – give us the dimensions of the doors, corridors or elevator. We will help you assess your ability to contribute.

3. Can I order a product in a different color or fabric?
Many products are available in different variants. Check the product card or ask us for details.

Account and personal data

1. What should I do if I forget my account password?
Click "I forgot my password", enter your e-mail address - you will receive a link to reset your password.

2. How to change personal data (e.g. e-mail address, delivery address)?
Log in and go to your account settings. You can update all your data there.

3. How to unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Click "Unsubscribe" in the footer of each message or change your settings in your account panel.

Shops and showrooms

1. Where are the stationary showrooms?
You will find our showrooms in Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków and Gdańsk.

2. Can I pick up my order at the showroom?
Yes - we offer personal pickup after confirming the availability of the goods.

Payments and invoices

1. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments by credit card, quick transfer, BLIK, cash on delivery and traditional bank transfer.

2. How do I receive or change an invoice for an order?
The invoice is sent together with the order confirmation. In case of changes, please contact the service department.

Natural raw materials – responsible origin

We rely on FSC® or PEFC-certified wood from sustainably managed forests. It is a guarantee of protection of biodiversity, workers' rights and local communities.

Safety of use

We use materials that meet rigorous standards:

• GREENGUARD – low VOC emissions, safe for the health of household members,
• E1 and CARB Phase 2 – low formaldehyde emission standards, important for furniture boards and veneers.

Quality and transparency of the process

We cooperate with manufacturers with certificates:

• ISO 14001 (environmental management),
• ISO 9001 (quality management),
• TÜV, NTR A / AB – confirming the durability and structural safety of wood.
