City backpack Ucon Acrobatics Hajo Large Lotus - a combination of minimalist design with practical functionality every day. Thanks to its iconic Roll-Top, pure line and refined details, the Hajo Large model is the perfect choice every day-for work, at the university, to school or on a journey.

The backpack is made of elegant, vegan technical material; Mixtures of polyurethane (PU) and polyester (PET) making the backpack free from PVC and PFC, which makes it friendly. The fabrics are waterproof, and the whole is characterized by exceptional softness and pleasant to the touch finish both outside and inside thanks to the brushed lining of recycled polyester.

Hajo Large Lotus backpack combines modern style, comfort and a conscious selection of materials. This is a reliable companion for every day; Stylish, functional and ecological.

We offer delivery by courier, company transport or personal collection. Free delivery applies to orders over PLN 300.

You can check the status by logging in to your account or entering your order number and email address.

3. Why hasn't my order arrived yet (no confirmation email)?
Check your Spam folder. If the message is not there, please contact our service department.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

You have 30 days to return purchased products. Details can be found in our regulations.

2. Are returns free of charge?
Yes - if returned on time and in intact condition.

3. How to file a complaint for a damaged product?
Send a description of the problemEmu and photos to our e-mail address. Thanks to tEmu the process will be faster.

Some products are available immediately, and some - e.g. modular sofas - are manufactured to individual order.

Yes – give us the dimensions of the doors, corridors or elevator. We will help you assess your ability to contribute.

Many products are available in different variants. Check the product card or ask us for details.

You will find our showrooms in Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków and Gdańsk.

Yes - we offer personal pickup after confirming the availability of the goods.

Payments and invoices

1. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments by credit card, quick transfer, BLIK, cash on delivery and traditional bank transfer.

2. How do I receive or change an invoice for an order?
The invoice is sent together with the order confirmation. In case of changes, please contact the service department.
