The F300 armchair by the Danish brand Gubi is a re-edition of Pierre Paulin's groundbreaking design from 1967 - a sculptural armchair that set a new direction in the history of design. Its fluid, futuristic form immediately earned it the status of an icon of modernism, confirmed by a place in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York. The modern version of the F300 returns in a technologically improved version, made of modern HiREK® material - light, durable and obtained from recycled industrial plastic. It is an innovative material that provides exceptional durability and a perfectly smooth, shiny surface without the need for additional varnishing - while remaining faithful to the original aesthetics of the 1960s.
The armchair is available in carefully selected premium upholstery: Alpaca Alto 021, Alouette 006, Alberobello 027, Belsuede Special FR 132, as well as in natural leather: Dunes Cream 21003 and Smooth Leather 21003. These exclusive materials emphasize the sculptural character of the armchair, combining comfort and sublime style. The whole is complemented by two color versions of the base - elegant Alabaster White and retrofuturistic Pastel Green - creating timeless compositions of color, form and texture.
Thanks to its unusual silhouette, ergonomic form and luxurious materials, F300 Gubi will be perfect for both modern private interiors (living rooms, relaxation zones) and commercial spaces (lobbies, galleries, showrooms). It is more than just an armchair - it is a designer work of applied art that combines history with the future.

Pierre Paulin was a French designer who revolutionized furniture design in the 20th century, combining modernity with an organic form. He graduated from École Camondo in Paris, and he gained fame in the 1950s and 1960s thanks to cooperation with Arthfort. His best -known projects are Mushroom armchairs, ribbon or Ton gua - sculptural, covered with stretch material, perfectly matching the body. Paulin rejected the classic form of a chair in favor of liquid, one -piece structures. He also designed interiors for the Elysee Palace during the President of Pompidou. His furniture, although avant -garde, has always been functional. Today he is considered one of the pioneers of modern comfort, and his works are still produced and inspired by subsequent generations of designers.
