The Derven table by Gazzda is a modern wooden table that brings calm, timeless elegance to any contemporary space. Its simple, harmonious design with legs placed in the corners creates an open space perfect for everyday meals and special moments with the family. The rectangular tabletop, made of solid oak wood, has steel reinforcements under the sides that prevent the wood from warping, and the rounded edges soften the visual effect of the furniture. Removable legs enable easy transport and placement of the table in various interiors.
The table is available in 4 sizes and finishes: natural oiled oak, bleached oiled oak, optionally smoked oak and walnut. Thanks to the FSC® certificate, the wood comes from sustainable sources, which emphasizes the authenticity of the material, making Derven the elegant center of every modern dining room.
Mustafa Čohadžić is an industrial designer associated with the brand Gazzda, whose passion for wood was born in the Father's carpentry workshop. He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo and on the initiative of prof. Saliha Teskeredžica joined Gazzda, where he develops his vision of design. In his designs, traditional craftsmanship meets modern minimalism, which results in lightweight furniture visually, and at the same time durable and practical. Čohadžić gained recognition on the international arena, receiving, among others Red Dot Award for FINA (2018), Big See Product Design Award for the FINA or IF Award (2017) collection for Hook hanger. His designs, such as the Lounge Nora chair or Look mirror, combine elegance, timeless form and craft precision, emphasizing the brand's philosophy Gazzda: Creating furniture that introduces harmony to everyday spaces.
