Fabio Vogel

Fabio Vogel is a German designer and founder of Vogel Studio, whose work combines craftsmanship, experiment and art. Born in Germany, raised in Portugal, he graduated from interior design and furniture on Burg Giebichenstein in Halle. His works focus on exploring materials and forms, often using unusual techniques, such as glass formation in refractory fabrics. Working with the Danish brand Bolia, he created, among others A series of Bronco vases that were inspired by firefighters and were awarded in the competition Bolia design Awards. Vogel also conducts didactic activity as a lecturer at furniture design at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Hawk) in Hildesheim. His projects combining aesthetics with functionality are presented at international exhibitions and available in design galleries.
