The Birdie lamp is a modern design that is also an absolute example of a design that suits the tastes of all those who love traditional forms with a modern twist. The lampshade made of polycarbonate may seem disproportionate in relation to the metal base and it resembles a tree with a wide crown, which is the best shelter for birds. This is probably where the name of the original lamp comes from.

Ludovica and Roberto Palomba are a duo of Italian architects and designers who have been shaping modern design for over 25 years, combining timeless elegance with functionality. In 1994 they founded the Palombin Associati studio in Milan. Their style is distinguished by the harmony of forms and the skilful use of materials. They create furniture, lighting, bathroom ceramics and accessories for leading brands, such as Zanotta, flos, Foscarini or laufen. Their projects have been awarded many times with prestigious awards, including Compasso d’Oro and Red Dot Award. Palomba are known for Pode ście in which design serves man, and space - emotions and everyday needs.
