Studio Dejawu is a Stockholm design studio founded in 2015 by Qian Jiang, a designer from Suzhou in China. Jiang graduated from the Bachelor's Studies from industrial design at Jiangnan University, and then obtained a master's degree at the University of Lund, Sweden. His work combines the eastern Pode for design with Nordic craftsmanship, which results in minimalist, but emotional projects. Studio Dejawu focuses on creating everyday objects that play the role of "containers for memories", combining functionality with personal narratives. Studio projects are characterized by a balance between form and function, often inspired by nature and daily experiences. The studio has cooperated with reputable brands such as Normann Copenhagen, Woud or ESSEM Design, creating products that are both aesthetic and practical.
