MrSmith Studio
Mrsmith Studio is a Milan design studio founded in 2004 by Marco Mascetti, specializing in industrial, graphic and packaging design. The team operates according to the author's Pode "Design as an input®", integrating design in business processes from the earliest stages. The studio cooperated with reputable brands, such as Ferrero, Calligaris or kdln, creating, among others Basil and Cream chairs and a bottle of Estathé. Delivery and orders

1. What are the available delivery methods and their costs?
We offer delivery by courier, company transport or personal collection. Free delivery applies to orders over PLN 300.

2. How do I check the status of my order and track my shipment?
You can check the status by logging in to your account or entering your order number and email address.

3. Why hasn't my order arrived yet (no confirmation email)?
Check your Spam folder. If the message is not there, please contact our service department.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

You have 30 days to return purchased products. Details can be found in our regulations.

Yes - if returned on time and in intact condition.

You will find our showrooms in Warsaw, Katowice, Kraków and Gdańsk.

Yes - we offer personal pickup after confirming the availability of the goods.

1. What payment methods do you offer?
We accept payments by credit card, quick transfer, BLIK, cash on delivery and traditional bank transfer.

2. How do I receive or change an invoice for an order?
The invoice is sent together with the order confirmation. In case of changes, please contact the service department.
